About Fields of Recovery
Fields of Recovery emerged from over 20 years in health and wellness and 16 years as an organic farmer, bringing together embodied practice and land-based wisdom. The work recognizes that recovery is not only about fixing injuries, but about rebuilding trust between body, movement, and environment.
Rather than isolating symptoms, Fields of Recovery approaches the body as a living system—adaptive, trainable, and deeply responsive to care, attention, and rhythm.
Core Practices
Pain-Free Movement: Restoring functional movement patterns that reduce strain and support longevity.
Maximum Conditioning: Building strength, endurance, and capacity without sacrificing recovery.
Habits of Optimum Performance: Establishing daily practices that support resilience and consistency.
Body Mastery & Understanding: Helping individuals learn how their bodies work, adapt, and heal.
Regenerative Orientation
Fields of Recovery views the human body as part of a larger regenerative system. Farming, training, and recovery share the same principles: attention, pacing, feedback, and respect for limits. This perspective aligns with Regenerate Skagit’s commitment to systems that regenerate rather than extract—whether from land or from people.
Vision
The vision is a culture where people move well across their entire lives, where recovery is proactive rather than reactive, and where health is understood as a relationship—between body, work, land, and community.
Work With Fields of Recovery
Training is offered through individualized coaching and movement-based programs designed to meet people where they are, and help them move toward greater capacity and confidence.
